The goods

Herbal dietary supplements, botanical wellness formulations, and daily nutritional vitamin complexes intended exclusively for general adult wellness and nutritional supplementation. Each item entry details capsule count, ingredients, and form. Imagery serves as reference; physical containers may show slight design variations.

Ordering and contract

An order registers once checkout is finished. You receive an email acknowledgement, and our sales agreement formalizes upon dispatch. We reserve the right to decline orders due to depleted stock or unverified entries, issuing prompt refunds for any amounts taken.

Prices and payment

All figures are stated in GBP and include relevant VAT. Freight charges display before you complete payment. Available options: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If an obvious pricing mistake occurs, we will adjust it before shipment and invite you to confirm or drop the request.

Delivery

Delivery options, dispatch times, and rates appear on the Delivery & Payment page. Responsibility for the parcel transfers to you upon handover.

Product images and colours

Photographs show our actual bottles and capsules. Screen calibration and room lighting affect subtle tones. A minor shade variation is natural and does not qualify as a defect or a reason for a refund. Each entry lists capsule quantities, net weight, and botanical ingredients.

Transfer of risk

We remain responsible for your parcel until the courier hands it to you or your designated recipient. From that point, you take on the risk of damage or loss. Please record visible transit damage with the courier and notify us within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

You can return unopened bottles within 30 days of arrival as explained on the Returns page. All items sold are guaranteed to conform to statutory quality requirements under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, being of satisfactory quality, fit for their general dietary supplementation purpose, and matching their product label specifications up to the printed expiry date when stored in cool, dry conditions away from direct sunlight.

• Custom-compounded botanical preparations or personalized nutritional sets.
• Perishable formulations or goods with a short remaining shelf life.
• Dietary supplement containers, blister packs, or bottles where the protective tamper-evident seal has been broken or unsealed after delivery, excluded for biosecurity and public health protection.
• Consumable products that have been inseparably mixed with other liquids, foods, or substances after receipt.
• Sealed wellness literature, digital guides, or software products unsealed by the customer after receipt.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Aethel Botanics Ltd. for any claim arising out of your purchase shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by you for the order in question or £100, whichever amount is greater. Nothing in these conditions limits statutory liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Age and use

You must be at least 18 to make a purchase. Take the botanicals only as directed on the bottle. They do not replace advice from a qualified medical doctor.

Governing law and disputes

These terms, their subject matter, and their formation are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction resting in the courts of the United Kingdom. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with us, it proceeds to the court of our registered location. This does not alter your statutory rights in your country of residence.
