You may return purchases from Aethel Botanics within 30 days of receipt, for any reason. This page covers our terms, the return process, freight responsibilities, and refund timing.
Conditions
To qualify for a refund within the 30-day window, dietary supplement bottles must remain completely unopened, unused, in their original outer carton, and with the primary safety foil or neck band entirely intact.
Return procedure
- Email [email protected] stating your order number and specifying the unopened bottles you intend to return.
- Receive your Return Merchandise Authorisation code alongside detailed dispatch instructions and our United Kingdom return depot address.
- Secure the unopened items within their original shipping box or suitable padded parcel packaging with the authorization code clearly displayed.
- Receive your refund via Direct Bank Transfer within 3-10 business days following thorough inspection and verification of intact seals at our fulfillment hub.
Who pays return shipping
We cover transit costs if an item arrives broken, flawed, or mispicked. We provide a label or schedule a pickup. If you simply change your mind, return postage is your responsibility. We take no other fees.
Refund timing and method
We process your refund within 3 business days of a passed inspection. Cash-on-delivery returns are paid by bank transfer to your provided account. Wire orders return to the originating account. Banks typically post funds within 1-5 business days.

Exchanges
To swap an item, follow our return process and place a fresh order online. We refund the returned bottle once it arrives. If the change arises from our error, your new shipment carries no fee.
Cancelling an order
You may cancel without charge before your order leaves our hands. Message [email protected] with your order number. Once shipped, standard return rules apply.
