Doorstep delivery

Courier delivery to your home or office address. Orders exceeding £45 may require a signature.

Pickup point

Pick up at a local parcel locker or partner point. Lockers hold shipments for 7 days before return.

Order processing

Orders submitted before 15:30 on business days ship that day. Later orders and weekend purchases dispatch on the next working day. An order number reaches your email right after checkout.

All botanical supplements are sealed in light-filtering amber containers fitted with tamper-evident induction neck seals. Shipments are packed in reinforced, recyclable corrugated cardboard boxes with biodegradable paper cushioning to shield delicate capsules from temperature fluctuations and physical impacts during transit.

Tracking your parcel

Once your parcel is registered with the courier, an automated email and SMS notification containing your unique tracking link is dispatched immediately so you can follow the progress of your consignment.

Lost or delayed parcel

If tracking stays still for 5 business days, email [email protected] with your order number. We start an inquiry with the courier. We then issue a replacement or a complete refund, per your preference, within 10 business days of your notice.

Damaged on arrival

Inspect your parcel upon arrival. If outer packaging shows significant crushing or if internal seals are broken, document the damage with photographs and notify [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt so our team can arrange a replacement dispatch.

Cash on delivery

Settle your balance with the courier upon arrival. You do not need to pay in advance.

Bank transfer

Transfer the amount directly to our business bank account. Account details appear after checkout and in your email. We ship the parcel once funds clear, usually within one business day.

We accept Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We do not ask for card numbers or banking credentials over email or phone.

We dispatch to specific destinations. Rates and transit estimates appear during checkout. The recipient pays any applicable import duties directly.
